Tireless learner, solution creator, people encourager and passionate about innovation.
Designer and Art Director since 2011 with experience in advertising agencies and marketing department. During that time I've worked with clients from different industries: retail, technology, fashion, education, construction, pharmaceutical & healthcare, restaurants, among others, covering the most diverse audiences - specially upper middle and high class consumers. I am skilled at blending brand goals with design aesthetics to create captivating images.
Also I'm a questioner person, proactive (this is a bit cliché, but it's the purest truth), curious, communicative, I have a sense of leadership that can be worked a lot, focused, I like challenges, I'm a little centralizing, but it's a point I've been working on and getting better, since you cannot bite off more than you can chew. Right?
I've always enjoyed the print and digital universe, creating complex advertising campaigns which has resulted in an entire building sticker, a key visual, a landing page, a social media post or story, a video to be sponsored and many other stuff.

Work closely with the client marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and generate frameworks necessary to produce optimal promotional campaigns.
Implementation of animated media and videos for digital ads which increased social media views and click-throughs.
Organization of work methods and file archiving using Google Drive, making save processes and file search more agile improving hybrid work.
In one month I got a promotion from assistant to supervisor for great performance, getting more responsibilities and challenges. In November I started responsabilities of team leader.
This job is not related to design or art direction but shows that I am extremely adaptable to new enviroments, assuming different tasks, I can do an excelent work in new situations, work in fast-paced places and I am capable of grow and develop new expertises in a short period of time. I have a solf-skill of leadership that can be developed as well.
